Numbers
Where does the SMS actually go?
To a carrier number held on our side. NumberGlobe reads it and shows it in your console, so you need neither a SIM card nor a spare phone.
What if the code never comes?
You keep your money. A one-time number listens for 15 minutes; if nothing lands, the price is credited back to your balance.
Which apps work?
104 apps are listed by name, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, KakaoTalk, Instagram and TikTok among them. Anything else goes through Other apps and sites.
Can I call or text from the number?
No. Numbers take incoming SMS only.
Is my code visible to anyone else?
No. Codes are shown only in your own console and never on a public page.
Money
Why do countries cost different amounts?
Every app and country pair has its own fixed price per number. The tariffs page and the bar chart on the home page compare them.
How much do I add to start?
From $20. Top-ups of $40 or more add a bonus of 10% to 50%, growing with the amount.
Can the balance be paid out?
No. The balance is spent on numbers, and credits for empty or cancelled numbers return to it.
Token account
How do I register?
On the register page, pick a username and password, or take one access token instead. We store only hashes, so a token cannot be shown again. If you choose the token, keep it in a .txt file.
I lost my token.
It cannot be restored, because only a hash exists on our side. If you set a username and password, open the console with them. Otherwise the file you saved while registering is the only copy.
Is there an account limit?
Up to three per IP address.
Rules
What may the numbers be used for?
Lawful checks only, such as hiding your personal number, testing your own apps or running work profiles. We refuse takeover of other people's accounts, fraud and spam.
How do I reach support?
Support opens in your console once a top-up has been added. If you have a question about paying for a top-up you requested, we answer it before then too.
