退款政策

    退款進入餘額

    退款會退回你的NumberGlobe餘額。不能轉到錢包或銀行帳戶。

    自動退款

    • 15分鐘內沒收到驗證碼的一次性號碼
    • 驗證碼到達前取消的號碼
    • 無法處理的訂單
  3. 03

    增值申請

    Top-ups are paid in a secure PayGate checkout window and are added to your balance once payment is confirmed. Each checkout and its address stay valid for 60 minutes.

    聯繫

    通過控制枱的客服發送訂單編碼,或增值日期和金額。
